Well, it appears as if the Legislature is mulling over several proposed laws that would ban the use of cellular phones without a hands-free device. The most interesting is Senate Bill No. 313, which proposes that text messaging while operating a motor vehicle should be outlawed. My question is. . .are there any arguments to the contrary?
